- You agree that in case SSL Gallery or either the certifying authority finds that details provided by you are inaccurate, your SSL certificate if provided may be deactivated without notice.
- If you are ordering an SSL certificate on behalf of some other person, you agree that you have the requisite authority and permission to do so. Also, kindly note that it is purely your responsibility to ensure that the SSL certificate used on behalf of only the lawful owner of the SSL certificate. You agree that if the SSL certificate is misused, you could be held primarily liable. You further agree to indemnify SSL Gallery for any misuse of the SSL certificate you hold on behalf of the other person.
- You agree that you will use the SSL certificate only in a lawfully accepted manner.
- You agree to absolve SSL Gallery of any consequences arising out of your abuse/misuse of the SSL certificate in any manner whatsoever.
